Your satisfaction with The PDU Podcast™ is our goal. If you are not satisfied for any reason then you can ask for a refund, as long as you meet the refund conditions outlined in the Terms & Conditions, which you accepted during the order process.

You waive any right to a refund of The PDU Podcast, if any or all of the following conditions apply to you:
a. Downloading/printing your PDU certificate
b. Claiming PDUs for The PDU Podcast with PMI
