Your Satisfaction is our Goal
Your satisfaction with The PDU Podcast™ as an overall program is our goal. If you are not satisfied for any reason then you can ask for a refund not more than 90 Days from the date of your purchase.
Refund = Cancellation of your Subscription
Asking for a refund means that The PDU Podcast™ may not service your needs. You wish to terminate your subscription and have your money returned. You cannot ask for a refund of a specific webinar.
Full Refund Only
You can only ask for a full refund of all your payments for the complete PDU Podcast. We do not process partial refunds:
- If you are a yearly subscriber we will refund your full yearly subscription payment.
- If you are a monthly subscriber we will refund all your monthly subscription payments in full.
Returning your Money
We will attempt to refund your money in the same way that you paid us. However, as a general rule, credit card companies only allow a refund in this way for up to 90 days and PayPal only allows 60 days. If you ask for a refund after 60/90 days, then we will work with you to send you a check, money order or find another way to refund you. Please be patient.
Your Account will be Deactivated
As part of the refund process we will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to download PDU Podcast Webinars.
Refunds and PDUs
Please do not claim any PDUs for the Webinars that were refunded to you. Doing so would be unethical and in contradiction of The PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. We reserve the right to communicate refunds to PMI to ensure that everyone follows ethical behavior.
If you wish to still claim your PDUs, then don't ask for a refund. Instead, simply cancel your subscription when your subscription is due for renewal. If you have a monthly subscription cancel before the next month and if you have a yearly subscription cancel before the next yearly cycle begins.
